Opening a business almost always starts with fitting out the premises. At Reformas Diferentes we carry out the complete works — layout, installations, finishes — coordinating with the engineer who drafts the activity project so the premises comply with regulations and you can open on time.
We work with all kinds of businesses: shops, offices, clinics, hair and beauty salons, academies and hospitality. Each activity has its own requirements (ventilation, smoke extraction, soundproofing, accessible toilets, accessibility) and we factor them in from the initial quote to avoid surprises at inspection.
We carry out the electrical installation with its certification, plumbing and drainage, air conditioning and ventilation, suspended ceilings, technical lighting and shopfronts. For hospitality, additionally: smoke extraction, soundproofing and food-safe finishes.
We know every week of work is a week without revenue, so we plan the fit-out with realistic deadlines and work in parallel with the licence processing to shorten the time to opening as much as possible.

It depends on the state of the premises (shell or previously fitted) and the activity. As a reference: a simple office or shop can start from €300-500/m²; activities with more technical requirements, such as hospitality or clinics, usually range between €600 and €1,000/m². After visiting the premises we give you a fixed quote.
The licence is drafted by an engineer or architect. We work in coordination with your engineer or put you in touch with the professionals we regularly collaborate with, and we execute the work exactly according to the project so the inspection raises no objections.
A simple shop or office can be ready in 4-6 weeks. Hospitality premises or clinics, with more installations, usually need 8 to 12 weeks. Administrative processing must be added on top, and it's best to run it in parallel; we help you plan everything from day one.
Yes. For premises inside shopping centres or businesses that cannot close, we organise the work at night or at weekends, complying with the municipality's noise regulations.
