Reformas Diferentes was born from a very simple idea: to carry out renovations the way we would want ours done. No budgets that grow halfway through the project, no weeks of silence not knowing what's happening with your home, and no half-finished work.
We are a team of construction professionals — builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters — coordinated by site managers who take responsibility: one of them is your single point of contact from day one until handover.
We work with a fixed, itemised price and a schedule agreed in writing. If something unexpected appears during the work (and in renovations it sometimes does), we explain it, give you options and you decide. We never invoice an extra you haven't approved beforehand.
Every project we hand over comes with our written guarantee, on top of the legal building warranties. That's why most of our new clients come recommended by previous ones: the best proof that we do things differently.
