A full renovation completely transforms your home: layout, installations, flooring, carpentry and finishes. At Reformas Diferentes we take care of the entire process, from the initial design and permit paperwork to the final cleaning, so all you have to worry about is enjoying the result.
We always start with a free technical visit where we listen to what you need, measure the space and detect possible hidden problems (old installations, damp, load-bearing walls). With that information we prepare a fixed, itemised quote — no surprises or extra costs halfway through the project.
During the work we follow a schedule agreed with you. We renew the electrical and plumbing installations in line with current regulations, replace windows and doors to improve insulation, and take special care with the finishes: tiling, painting, lighting and all the details that make the difference.
Every renovation is led by a site manager who is your single point of contact: they keep you informed, answer questions and coordinate all trades (builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters). On completion we hand over the work clean, with a written guarantee covering everything done.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on the square metres, the state of the installations and the quality of materials chosen. As a guide, a full renovation in Spain usually ranges between €500 and €900/m² with mid-to-high quality materials. After the free technical visit we give you a fixed, itemised quote so you know exactly what every euro covers.
An 80-90 m² flat is usually completed in 8-12 weeks, depending on the scope of demolition, material lead times and whether the layout changes. Before starting we agree a realistic schedule with you and update you on progress every week.
For most interior renovations a minor works permit or a responsible declaration to the town hall is enough. If structural elements or the façade are modified, a technical project and major works permit are required. We handle the paperwork in both cases.
For full renovations we advise against it: there is dust, noise and water and power cuts. If the renovation is partial or phased, we organise the work by zones so you can keep using part of the home. We assess this with you during the technical visit.
We provide a written guarantee for all work carried out, on top of the legal warranties in Spain: 1 year on finishes, 3 years on installations and habitability, and 10 years on structural elements under the Building Regulation Act (LOE).
